Pin up casino review: the certificate loaded on the public register
Pin up casino, on the Curacao certificate opened 20 October 2026, is pin-up.casino run by Carletta N.V. under licence OGL/2024/580/0570. The lobby and the terms URL stopped on a Cloudflare check, so fees, bonus rules, and a cash-out clock stay unpublished. We did not open an account.
No individual author is named. These pages are explainers from the site, not a specialist review and not legal, tax, or betting advice. The editorial policy says what the date and the sources mean. Send corrections to contact@pvpspinarena.com.

What the pin up casino certificate names
Pin up casino on the certificate of operation is the domain pin-up.casino. The page says it is operated by Carletta N.V., a Curacao company, number 142346.
The licence number is OGL/2024/580/0570. The certificate says the licence was granted on 01/07/2024 and that the status is Active.
The ordinance named there is the National Ordinance on Games of Chance, bulletin 2024 number 157.
A second portal page, the B2C token for id 570, repeats the company, the number, and the licence. It dates the grant 01/Jul/2024, marks application status Granted, and marks licence status Active. It says the licensee is licensed by the Curacao Gaming Control Board.
The certificate page says the Curacao Gaming Authority. Both pages were opened on 20 October 2026. This note keeps both labels, because the portal itself prints both.
The token page lists three approved domains: pin-up.bet, pin-up.casino, and pin-up.world. A host that is not on that list is not this certificate.
How a Curacao certificate is read is the general method. What a licence line is supposed to name is the checklist beside it. The foundations topic holds both.
Three approved domains, and the hosts left out
The only domains this test will attach to Carletta N.V. are the three on the token page. pin-up.casino is the one named on the certificate of operation. pin-up.bet and pin-up.world are approved on the same licence line.
Pin up casino terms did not load. Requests to pin-up.casino and to pin-up.casino/terms returned a Cloudflare check and no cashier text. pin-up.bet stopped on the same kind of check.
That block is a result, not a rumour about the brand. It means this file cannot quote a bonus, a fee, or a cash-out clock from the operator's lobby.
Lookalike domains are the reason the approved list matters. A page that borrows the name and is not on the token list is a different site. Do not merge it into Carletta's row.
A short map of crypto lobbies separates a licensed domain from a skin that only looks familiar. This site is not Carletta and does not sell a licence it does not hold.
The cashier cells that stay blank
A review scorecard still has to be filled. Where the loaded pages are silent, the cell says not published.
No house edge, RTP, or seed check appears on the certificate. A licence record is not a fairness proof. Provably fair stays unpublished.
No support address, chat hour, or reply time appears on the certificate. Support stays unpublished.
No welcome offer, wagering multiple, or promo code appears on the certificate. Bonus terms stay unpublished. This page will not invent a match percent.
No minimum bet, restricted-country list, or age digit appears on the certificate. Those cells stay unpublished. The ordinance title is not a substitute for a terms clause.
We did not open an account, deposit, or time a withdrawal. Nothing here is a personal cashier test.

A certificate beside a house book and a player pot
Pin up casino has no fee on the certificate, so the first row does not borrow one from a blog. A house-banked casino prices a game against its own book. This site prices a pot between players.
| Fee or edge | Who you play against | Payout speed | Provably fair | Minimum bet | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|

| PVPspinArena | Coinflip and Jackpot take 5% of the pot. P2P Slot takes 10% of a winning pot | other players | balance updates when the round settles. Cash-out minimum $20 | yes, seed committed before the round | Coinflip $1 |
How PvP compares: the certificate names a company and a domain. Coinflip names a fee you can recompute. Two $20 stakes make a $40 pot, five percent is $2, and the winner receives $38.
Recompute a settled round on the fairness page. The check is about this site's commit. It does not audit Carletta, and it does not audit a lobby that did not load.
Roulette here uses 33 slots. Purple and Silver pay 2x, then 5% comes off the winning payout, which is about a 7.88% edge.
Green pays 14x. This site does not book sports.
Scorecard when the lobby will not open
The scorecard uses only the portal pages and the failed lobby requests. Unpublished means the figure was not on a page that returned article text.

Another crypto help centre in this set did return terms text. Its numbers belong on that page. They are not a stand-in for Carletta.
A sportsbook PDF on a different domain is also a different operator. A shared search word is not a shared cashier.
Three labeled pictures, with the bonus left blank
Example 1 — a match that is not on the certificate. No bonus percent was printed. A picture that turns $100 into $200 is not this review, and it is not an offer.
Leave that cell unpublished until the lobby prints a rule you can screenshot.
Example 2 — Coinflip on this site. Two $20 stakes make a $40 pot. The 5% fee is $2, and the winner receives $38.
That arithmetic is this site's rule. It is not a fee taken from pin-up.casino.
Example 3 — Jackpot on this site. Four $50 entries make a $200 pot. The fee is $10, and the winner receives $190.
One pot does not forecast the next. The certificate does not change that.
What to write down while the lobby stays dark
A certificate answers a narrow question: which company the portal ties to which domain, under which number, on which date. It does not say what a spin costs, how long a cash-out sat in a queue, or what a welcome offer demands.
Write those blanks as blanks. A later visit can fill them from the cashier. This visit cannot.
Two labels, one number
One portal page says Gaming Control Board. The other says Gaming Authority. The company number, the licence number, the grant date, and the Active status still match.
Treat that clash as a labeling difference on the portal, not as two licences. If a future lobby footer names a third company, stop and reopen the certificate.
The footer has to match Carletta N.V. and OGL/2024/580/0570 before that lobby is the operator this file describes.
Lines the certificate does not carry
No age digit was printed. No country list was printed. No support desk was printed.
No RTP was printed, and no seed procedure was printed. No minimum stake was printed. Each of those is a normal line in a terms file, and the terms file did not load.
Guessing a number from a forum would make the scorecard look finished and make it false. Leave the cell unpublished.
A small test, only if the lobby opens later
Deposit only an amount you can lose. Note the asset and the network on the deposit screen the moment you send.
Withdraw a fraction back to a wallet you control, and write the time next to the transaction id. If a document check appears, that check is part of the test.
If your country is refused, stop. A blocked market is not a puzzle, and this page will not describe a bypass.
Figures that belong on this site only
Coinflip here takes 5% of the pot. Two $30 stakes make a $60 pot, the fee is $3, and the winner receives $57.
Jackpot uses the same 5% of the pot. Four $25 entries make a $100 pot, the fee is $5, and the winner receives $95.
Cash-out minimum on this site is $20 in BTC, USDC, or ETH. Coinflip minimum is $1. None of those figures were read off the certificate, and none of them belong in Carletta's row.
Do not play under 18. Do not stake rent, savings, or money with a due date. If the only reason to deposit is that a certificate exists, wait until the cashier itself can be read.
Three cons before anyone treats the name as a cashier
Pin up casino has three cons that should pause a deposit from this test alone.
The lobby and the terms did not load, so a player cannot read fees, a cash-out clock, or bonus rules on the pages we could open. The certificate proves a licence record, not a game return and not a seed. Any domain outside the three approved names is outside this certificate, and the two portal pages do not even share one English name for the authority.
Who should stay out: anyone under 18, anyone whose country the operator blocks once the terms actually load, and anyone ready to deposit because a banner used the brand name. If the session is already a chase, stop.
