Bitcasino io review: minimums, licence dates, and a fee clash

Bitcasino io is the casino at bitcasino.io, operated on its licence page by EZ Spins Ltd under an Anjouan licence. Two help pages print different cash-out minimums, and the reward page and the general terms do not share one wagering table. We did not open an account or time a cash-out.

No individual author is named. These pages are explainers from the site, not a specialist review and not legal, tax, or betting advice. The editorial policy says what the date and the sources mean. Send corrections to contact@pvpspinarena.com.

What the bitcasino io licence page prints

The bitcasino io licence page names EZ Spins Ltd, registration number 16159, at Hamchako, Mutamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.

Casino games are said to be offered under licence ALSI-202509076-F12, issued on 30.09.2025 by the Offshore License Authority of Anjouan. The terms spell the town Mutsamudu and name the same company.

An update page, dated 23.09.2026, says the move from a Curacao licence to an Anjouan licence takes effect on 30 September 2026, with EZ Spins Ltd as the new operator. This test is dated 20 October 2026, after that stated day, while the licence page's issue date is 30.09.2025.

The two pages do not share one effective date. This review will not invent which sentence wins.

Section 14 of the terms still says products are supplied by companies with approved GCB licensing, and it tells you to read RTP inside each game. No single RTP is printed there, and no player seed is printed there.

What a licence line is supposed to name is the habit. The foundations topic is the cluster. A short map of crypto lobbies keeps this brand separate from a player pot.

Two cash-out tables on the operator's own help centre

The bitcasino io minimum page and the methods page do not share one BTC floor. The minimum page prints BTC 0.00024, which it also writes as mBTC 0.24. The methods page labels Bitcoin as mBTC and prints a minimum withdrawal of 1, beside a footnote that 0.001 BTC equals 1 mBTC.

ETH is 0.005 on the minimum page and 0.01 on the methods page. XRP is 15 against 20.

TRX is 90 against 200. BNB is 0.027 against 0.007.

USDT is 20.00 on both, and USDC is 20.00 on both. SOL 0.2, TRY 2000, and CAD 10 appear on the minimum page and not in the methods withdrawal table. The methods page also says JPY and CAD can be used as legal currency.

The minimum page says the amount on the cashier is the one that applies, and that it may vary by method. We did not open an account, so the live cashier figure is not published.

Clocks they publish, and the one we did not run

The bitcasino io withdrawal-time page says most withdrawals are processed within a few minutes, and that large or unusual ones may wait for a manual check. After a crypto send, it says one confirmation usually takes up to 10 minutes on average, and that the confirmation count depends on the amount.

The methods page says average approval is about 2 minutes, longer if they review history, and that miners must process the transaction three times. It also says the site does not control the blockchain.

Terms clause 6.1 says fiat withdrawals may take up to 3 working days after approval, and that a deposit needs at least 3 blockchain confirmations before a withdrawal of those funds. Email verification is required first. A password change blocks withdrawals for 48 hours.

Clause 6.10 says a large request may be paid at no more than 1 million USDT, or the equivalent, per week. Clause 6.4 reserves a right to require 1x wagering of deposits. Clause 6.8 reserves at least 5x if they suspect the account is being used as a mixer.

These are published claims and reserved rights. We did not time a cash-out.

How a crypto cash-out can stall lists the usual failure modes. What a document check trades away is the identity side.

Cumulative deposits of $10,000 can trigger a document request. Withdrawals over €2,500 can trigger another. Smaller ones can too.

An unused positive balance can be noticed after 3 months and removed a month after that notice. The reopen mail printed in the terms is safety@bitcasino.io.

A no-fee sentence beside a right to deduct

The bitcasino io fee page says bitcoin, altcoins, and fiat transactions are not charged a fee by them. It also says a bank or payment firm may charge, and that they may add a fee if they tell you during payment.

Terms clause 6.11 reserves a right to deduct incurred transaction fees or other costs from a withdrawal. Clause 6.13 repeats that some methods may show an extra fee in the cashier.

The fee cell is therefore not a single number. The help sentence and the terms reservation were both open on 20 October 2026. Believe the cashier line on the day you send, and keep a copy.

A house edge for a named game is not on these pages. Section 14 points at the in-game information panel for theoretical RTP. That panel was not opened, so RTP stays not published.

A price you can write as a percent is the comparison only where a percent exists. A seed you can recompute is a different test from an RTP label.

Reward pages that do not share one wagering story

The bitcasino io reward page says there is no deposit or welcome reward, and that all rewards a player wins come without wagering requirements. The same page then prints a contribution table for reward money that has wagering requirements.

That table says slots 100%, live game shows 20%, live-dealer games 10%, table games and RNG games 10%, and originals 10%. General terms clause 8.15 says slots 100%, table games 20%, and live-dealer games 20%. The two tables are not the same.

Clause 8.2 still discusses a deposit reward and blocks withdrawal of the original deposit until that reward's rules are met. Clause 8.10 says a reward should be used within 72 hours unless its own terms say otherwise. The reward page says a withdrawal cannot be made while a reward is active, unless the player forfeits it.

No public promo code was printed. A promotion can be changed or cancelled at their discretion. A code from another site is not this review.

Countries on the restricted page, including an odd spelling

The bitcasino io restricted list includes the United States and the United Kingdom, plus Australia, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Brazil, and a longer set of countries and territories. Registration from those places is prohibited, on that page.

The list also prints the string Leo People's Democratic Republic. That is the spelling on the help page. It is not a standard country name, and this review will not correct it into a different state.

The terms say a restricted-country account can be closed, winnings confiscated, and withdrawn funds reclaimed. Using a workaround to appear outside that list breaks clause 3.2. This page will not describe one.

Age on the terms is over 18. Staff and their households are ineligible.

A minute count for support is not published. Chat is named on the update page, and the terms print safety@bitcasino.io.

House games beside a player pot

A bitcasino io round is a house game on the terms we opened. Games are defined as casino and other RNG titles.

You play the paytable, not another player's stake. A peer pot on this site is the other shape.

How PvP compares: their help centre describes a house cashier. Coinflip takes 5% of a pot. Two $50 stakes make $100, the fee is $5, and the winner receives $95.

Check that round on the fairness page. The page does not audit EZ Spins Ltd.

Roulette on this site is about a 7.88% Purple or Silver edge after the 5% win fee. This site does not run their lobby.

A skin-and-crypto lobby in this set publishes a different playthrough. Do not paste it onto these terms.

Scorecard, pictures, and who should stay out

Bonus termsReward page: no welcome or deposit reward, then a wagering table. General terms: a different table. No public code

Example 1 — the 1x right. If clause 6.4 is applied to a $100 deposit, the picture is $100 of wagers before a withdrawal. That is their reservation, not a test we ran.

Example 2 — the weekly cap. A request of 1.5 million USDT can be held to 1 million USDT in a week under clause 6.10. We did not request it.

Example 3 — Coinflip. Two $10 stakes make a $20 pot. Five percent is $1, and the winner receives $19.

Three cons should pause a casual deposit. The cash-out minimums disagree across two help pages.

The reward documents disagree with each other and with the general terms. The licence dates disagree, and section 14 still talks about GCB while the licence page names Anjouan.

The restricted list includes the United States. Do not play under 18.

Do not stake rent. If play stops being optional, call 1-800-GAMBLER and open responsible gambling.

  • [ ] I did not treat section 14 as a seed check.
  • [ ] I noticed the two wagering tables differ.
  • [ ] I did not enter a promo code from a third-party list.
  • [ ] I checked the restricted list for my country.
  • [ ] I know a password change can block a withdrawal for 48 hours.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The licence page names EZ Spins Ltd, registration 16159, at Hamchako, Mutamudu, Anjouan, under licence ALSI-202509076-F12 issued on 30.09.2025. The terms spell the town Mutsamudu. An update page dated 23.09.2026 says the Anjouan move takes effect on 30 September 2026. Those dates do not match. We did not open an account.

There is no single figure. The minimum page prints 0.00024 BTC and 0.005 ETH. The methods page prints 1 mBTC and 0.01 ETH. USDT and USDC are 20 on both pages. The minimum page says the cashier display controls. We did not open the cashier, so that live number is not published.

Their withdrawal page says most sends are processed within a few minutes, then a confirmation that often takes up to 10 minutes. The methods page says approval averages about 2 minutes. Fiat may take up to 3 working days after approval. We did not time a withdrawal. A large request may be limited to 1 million USDT a week.

The reward page says winning rewards come with no wagering, and then it prints a contribution table. The general terms print a different table, with table games at 20% and live-dealer games at 20%. A reward may have to be used within 72 hours. No public promo code was on the pages opened.

The restricted-jurisdictions page includes the United States and the United Kingdom. It also includes the printed string Leo People's Democratic Republic. The terms say a restricted-country account can lose winnings. This page does not explain how to get around that list. Age on the terms is over 18.

No public seed was on the pages opened. Section 14 describes compliance testing and tells you to read RTP inside each game. That is not a round you can recompute here. Coinflip on this site uses a committed seed and a 5% pot fee. The two products are not the same, and neither promises a win.
