MetaWin in 2026: licence registers, fees and cash-out rules

The MetaWin terms on metawin.com were updated in January 2026. You must be 18, or older if local law says so, play must be personal, and a VPN or false location is a breach.

The restriction list names Australia, Austria, Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Comoros, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States. It also names FATF high-risk places and any later ban from the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority.

The number the operator does not print

Clause 3 gives you a limited right to use the software, which is not a gambling licence number. MetaWin does not name a company in the definitions beyond the brand.

On 20 October 2026 the Anjouan Gaming register listed Rivolo Limited as valid under ALSI-202602025-FI1, issued 2026-02-16 and expiring 2027-02-15. The domain on that row is metawin.com.

A DIRA certificate generated the same day listed Asobi NV under ALSI-152312009-FI3 with operating status VALID. That is a second company and a second number for metawin.com.

The DIRA page excludes Australia, Comoros, France, Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the USA, and FATF-blacklisted countries. The terms add Austria, Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, and Germany, so write the number on the cashier you will fund.

Token 935 says the Asobi NV application was granted and the licence is revoked, and that the record does not confirm current authorization. The terms still place games in Curaçao and competitions in Gibraltar, with game disputes in Curaçao courts and the terms under Gibraltar law.

MetaWin clause 5.4 says each deposit must turn over 1x before a withdrawal, and HODL play is excluded. The terms never define a dollar size for that exclusion.

A $100 deposit needs $100 of counted play before a cash-out, unless the play is the excluded kind. That roll is separate from any bonus you opt into.

MetaWin prints two cash-out fees. Clause 8.5 adds 0.005 ETH for gas and clause 8.6 caps swaps out at 5 ETH per 24 hours, while the FAQ says approval is instant, then a 24-hour net cap, plus a $2.50 fee.

The custodial FAQ repeats the $2.50 fee. We did not send a coin, so there is no invented minute count, and why a crypto cash-out stalls is the general failure list rather than a rescue promise.

Two charts, not one ladder

Web3 caps are Unranked $10,000, Bronze $50,000, Silver $75,000, Gold $100,000, Platinum $125,000, and Red Room $200,000. Custodial caps are Unranked $10,000, Bronze $25,000, Silver $50,000, Gold $100,000, Platinum $125,000, and Red Room $500,000.

Bronze, Silver, and Red Room do not match, so a single ladder is not published. Gold and Platinum do match.

Both blocks use one example: deposit $2,000 at Gold, add that net deposit to $100,000, and call the next 24-hour limit $120,000. That sum was not a transfer we timed.

Minimum swap-out is $20 on both blocks, and swap-in floors include ETH 0.002, USDT 5, USDC 5, and SOL 0.05. A single minimum bet for every game is not published.

KYC can demand identity, address, and source of funds, and clause 10.0.2 gives 7 days before an account can be deactivated. A balance expires 365 days after the last login, twelve quiet months can zero it, and support is a Discord-Arena ticket with no published reply time.

MetaWin casino rounds are against the house, and the terms say Originals use a provably fair algorithm. Zero House Edge Originals are the subset they call 100% RTP with no mathematical advantage.

MetaWin caps one of those zero-edge rounds at $25,000, and anything over the cap is not paid. A 100% RTP line is not an unlimited cheque.

Other Originals cap at $500,000 a round, and the general casino cap is $1,500,000 a wager. Sportsbook net winnings cap at $100,000 per customer per day, stakes excluded, with pro-rata cuts after that.

How a house edge is calculated is the pricing idea. A provably fair check is the method when a seed is actually shown.

Prize funds are not cash you withdraw

The MetaWin FAQ adds 30% of each deposit as Prize Funds for competitions. A $1,000 deposit is described as $1,000 cash plus $300 of Prize Funds, usable only when real balance is $0 in every currency and no round is open.

That extra is not a withdrawable match, and no public code is on the pages we opened. How a deposit match is usually priced is the ordinary wagering shape.

Ethereum competitions use Chainlink, and Base competitions use API3 QRNG. A free ticket can still cost gas, bought entries are not refunded aside from a cancellation claim, and what a crypto casino is is the primer for a balance you can lose.

MetaWin figures come from the pages above. A clash between two printed numbers stays not published as one figure.

United States residents can stop before step one on MetaWin. The terms list includes you, and the DIRA certificate list includes the USA as well.

1. Copy the excluded-country list from the January 2026 terms, including the United States line.
2. Write ALSI-202602025-FI1 next to Rivolo Limited and the date you checked the Anjouan register.
3. Write ALSI-152312009-FI3 next to Asobi NV from the DIRA certificate. Do not merge the numbers.
4. Write Revoked if token 935 still says that for the Curaçao record.
5. If your country is on either excluded list, stop. Do not use a VPN.
6. Skip any bonus you cannot explain. Prize Funds are not withdrawable cash.
7. If you continue, deposit a small sum on the network the cashier names and wager it 1x.
8. Withdraw a fraction, save the id, and compare the fee with $2.50 and with 0.005 ETH.

Not for a US player, anyone who needs one company name, or anyone who needs a cash-out we timed. Adults outside the lists can still lose a test deposit.

The United States is barred. Two public registers name different companies, and the terms print neither number. The Curaçao certificate is revoked while the terms still place games in Curaçao.

The cash-out fee and several tier caps are printed in conflict. A quiet account can lose its balance on the clocks they named. Those are five cons, and each one is enough to pause.

Not for US residents, anyone who reads a zero-edge label as a payout promise, or anyone chasing. Winnings can be taxable, and reporting gambling winnings points at IRS Topic 419.
