eDPI calculator: compare DPI and sensitivity within one game
This eDPI calculator multiplies mouse DPI by in-game sensitivity. For example, 800 DPI × 1.25 sensitivity = 1,000 eDPI. It helps compare settings inside the same game; it is not a universal CS2-to-Valorant converter because games can use different yaw scales.

Live calculator
eDPI calculator
Multiply mouse DPI by in-game sensitivity. Compare within the same game; this does not convert yaw scales between games.
Equivalent settings, same game
| Mouse DPI | Sensitivity | eDPI |
|---|---|---|
| 400 | 2.5 | 1,000 |
| 800 | 1.25 | 1,000 |
| 1,600 | 0.625 | 1,000 |
To keep 1,000 eDPI at 800 DPI, divide 1,000 by 800 to get 1.25 sensitivity. The product describes the configured scale, not sensor quality or a recommended value for every player.
Measure a real turn before converting games
Mark where the mouse starts, turn a fixed angle in an unloaded practice area, and measure the physical travel. Keep the same mouse DPI and ensure you are measuring the actual game camera, not a menu cursor. Compare cm/360 when you need physical turn distance across titles.
Scoped multipliers, acceleration, field of view and display scaling can change what feels comparable. For the control differences, see CS2 versus Valorant.
Choose a workable range with a drill
Track a head-sized target, then turn between two fixed points. If small corrections repeatedly overshoot, lower sensitivity in small steps. If the required turn runs off your mouse pad, increase it or improve your reset technique. Keep the setting for several comparable sessions before judging.
Use aim training, not a copied pro number, to test the choice. The CS2 settings page separates input choices from graphics tuning.
Browser-game limitation
Check the sensor value before multiplying
If the hardware setting is uncertain, start with mouse DPI. The operating system's cursor-speed slider and a mouse's configured sensor value are different controls. Polling rate concerns report timing, so it does not replace the DPI input in this calculator.
