Cloudbet on 20 October 2026: a cash cap, not a typed code

Opened 20 October 2026. The terms say Cloudbet.com is operated by Halcyon Super Holdings B.V., company number 148526, Abraham Mendez Chumaceiro Boulevard 03, Willemstad, Curaçao. Licence OGL/2024/328/0599, Curaçao Gaming Authority.

The certificate of operation opened the same day names cloudbet.com, the same company, the same number, and the same licence. Granted 23 May 2025. Status Active.

The homepage calls the brand a crypto casino and sportsbook since 2013, with a welcome package of up to $2,500 in real cash. It also prints "90% of our withdrawals take less than 2 minutes" and an average speed under one minute.

Those lines are marketing claims. Cloudbet did not show us a cashier log. We did not time them.

Adults only. Clause 7.1.3 bars play, including withdrawals, from a list that includes the United States of America and its territories. A US state licence is not what this file is.

How a wallet-funded lobby is put together is the background. The hub is Foundations.

Is cloudbet legit

The licence number on the terms matches an active certificate that names the domain. That is the legit core. It is not a promise that a cash-out matches the homepage clock, and it is not a seed for every slot.

Cloudbet prices a house casino and a sportsbook. You are not matched against another player. The homepage says originals are built with high RTP and does not print a percentage.

Game RTP is not published as a number on the pages we opened. A verifier for a round is not published there either.

Cloudbet bonus code

A public string to type is not in the terms we opened. Cloudbet bonus code, as a code, is not published. The welcome package turns on with the first deposit of any amount, for accounts registered after 08:00 UTC on 2 January 2025.

It lasts 30 days or until the $2,500 cap, whichever comes first. The package is drawn down with each sports or casino bet from rakeback and daily cash drops.

Rakeback here is 10% of the house edge, win or lose, at their discretion. Of each rakeback amount, 30% is credited now and 70% sits on a rewards calendar.

That 70% is claimed in six equal parts, one every 48 hours. An amount not claimed within 24 hours of the award is forfeited. Cloudbet sets that forfeit itself.

Daily cash drops put 20% in the account and 80% on the same style of calendar. Cloudbet can cancel a bonus program immediately.

Slots contribute 100% to bonus wagering, except selected games at 0%. Live casino and table games contribute 10%, with exceptions at 0%.

Gold Bar Roulette does not take bonus-fund bets. Cash-bonus winnings need a minimum deposit of $20 and a 100% playthrough of that deposit before withdrawal.

Scores55's 40x lock is a different multiple at a different company. Do not treat this $2,500 cap as that offer.

Cloudbet withdrawal

You may withdraw any amount up to the account balance through the withdrawal page. Staff are not authorised to move coins any other way. The terms do not print "under two minutes."

That sentence is on the homepage, as a claim about 90% of withdrawals, plus an average under one minute. We did not open an account, and we did not time a cash-out.

Clause 7.1.10.1 reserves a handling charge of up to 5% on deposits and withdrawals to cover transaction costs. A figure inside that ceiling, for a given coin, is not published in the clause.

If they apply 5% to a $100 cash-out, $5 stays behind. Whether they apply it is their right, not a fee we were charged. Cloudbet names photo ID and proof of address when a check is required.

Winnings can be withdrawn after the withdrawal policy, and they may ask for a photo ID and proof of address. Identity verification is required when cumulative deposits reach or exceed $2,200. Until that check finishes, deposits and withdrawals may be restricted and funds may be locked.

Why a crypto cash-out stalls is the list of ordinary failures. A wrong chain is still your loss if you send it.

Players must not stake 25% or more of the deposited amount in a single round, or winnings can be removed. Bonus abuse includes parking a round until wagering is finished. Cloudbet may void the bonus and the related winnings.

A refund request has to arrive within 24 hours of the transaction, or within 30 days if someone else reached the account. Bonuses and winnings are removed before a refund is calculated. Card deposits may be paid back as refunds up to the sum deposited.

Minimum stake on odds betting is 0.0000001 of the cryptocurrency, or the fiat equivalent, and some markets are higher. That tiny floor is not a promise the market will accept it. Taxes on winnings are the player's, on the terms.

The United States line matters more than the welcome banner. If you are physically there, the terms say you are not eligible, including for a withdrawal request.

Do not use a workaround. This review will not provide one. Cloudbet puts taxes on the player.

The price a house game keeps is still the cost under a 10% rakeback of that edge. Ten percent of the edge is not the edge removed.

How PvP compares: Coinflip takes 5% of a pot between two people, shown before you play. Fairness recomputes that round.

Cloudbet is a house book. The 5% figures are not the same kind of price.

Example A is their package, not a balance we held. Suppose the house edge on a bet is $10. Ten percent of that edge is $1 of rakeback.

Thirty percent of the $1, or $0.30, is credited now. The other $0.70 waits on the calendar and can expire if you miss the 24-hour claim window.

Example B is the handling right. A $200 withdrawal at the full 5% would cost $10 if they apply the ceiling. The terms allow "up to" 5%.

They do not say every cash-out is charged 5%. Cloudbet allows the ceiling and does not require it on the page.

Example C is this site. Two $50 Coinflip stakes make a $100 pot. The fee is $5, and the winner receives $95.

The homepage is a pitch. The terms are the contract. Cloudbet may cancel the welcome package at its discretion, and unclaimed calendar slices expire.

A player who needs the whole $2,500 on day one will not find that sentence in clause 8.4.

Sports bets and casino bets both draw the package down. A single round at 25% or more of the deposit can put winnings at risk. Read that before you size a bet to "clear" the offer.

Responsible gambling. Call 1-800-GAMBLER if the session is no longer entertainment. Not for anyone under the local age of majority, anyone in a barred country, anyone who needs a US state licence, or anyone who will treat the homepage clock as a stopwatch we ran.

Game RTP is not published. The United States is barred. There is no public code.
