Metaspins terms, the 1x wager, and an unpublished bonus

Opened 20 October 2026. Clause 1.1 says the site is owned by 3-102-959384 SRL, registration 3-102-959384, San Pedro, Costa Rica.

The same clause says the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority licenses the games. The footer repeats licence ALSI-202606048-FI2.

The contract uses Costa Rica law, and disputes go to Costa Rica courts. The licence line and the court line are different statements.

A regulator certificate was not attached. The casino URL returned HTTP 403, so any second company name in that footer is not published from a page we opened.

The welcome-bonus URL and the zero-fees URL returned the same 403. What a licence seal does not prove is why the printed number is a starting point.

Do not borrow figures from the Anjouan originals file. This page uses only the Metaspins documents that loaded.

The cluster hub is Foundations. The player must be 18, or older if local law sets a higher age.

Terms clause 5.1 tells the player to know each game's payout percentage. The terms do not print one. House edge for the lobby is not published.

Recomputing a round from seeds is the bar those pages did not meet.

Bonus clause 14.13 puts slots at 100 percent. Game shows, live tables, and sports are 0 percent.

Crash, plinko, hilo, mines, limbo, Metaspins originals, and Spribe games are 0 percent too. The menu games sold as checkable sit in that group.

Roulette coverage is capped at 70 percent of the table. Opposite bets on baccarat, such as banker and player and tie in one round, are forbidden.

Clause 4.2 sits under currencies, not under bonuses. Deposits, rewards, and NFT revenue share must be wagered at least 1x before withdrawal.

A $100 deposit has to be wagered $100 before that deposit can be requested out, even with no match attached. We did not deposit. This is their clause, not a cashier test.

Terms clause 11.1 lists BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, BCH, and USDT, plus whitelisted NFTs. The homepage also names TRX, ADA, and more.

A send on the wrong network is not recovered. Metaspins is not responsible for BTC sent to a BCH address, and the same warning covers withdrawals.

You withdraw in the coin you deposited. Clause 11.3 says the site is not a currency exchange.

Fees may be shown during the process. The amount is not published in the terms. The zero-fees promotion returned HTTP 403, so a zero-fee claim is not published.

What slows a crypto payout lists wrong-chain sends, review queues, and bonus locks. Support email is support@metaspins.com.

A chat icon is on the homepage. A reply time is not published. We did not open a chat.

A Metaspins bonus code is not printed in the terms or on the homepage. The welcome URL returned HTTP 403, so a match percent or a string that exists only there is not published.

What did load is the general bonus chapter. While a bonus is active, the maximum bet is 5 USDT, or the same value in another coin. A larger spin may fail.

Balances under tiny floors are void, including 0.000001 BTC and 0.00001 ETH. Real money is spent first.

You cannot withdraw real money until active bonus wagering is finished. An early request is declined under clause 14.16.2.

Forfeiting at the bonuses screen can remove the bonus and, when wagering progress already exceeds the deposit, the deposit that came with it.

One bonus at a time unless an offer says otherwise. Rakeback and loot-box rewards are the stated exception to stacking.

General expiry is 7 days unless an offer says otherwise. The welcome multiple that might differ is not published, because that URL failed.

Metaspins can void a bonus it treats as abuse, including a second account, a proxy, or a collectible-style game played with bonus funds. A forum code is not a page we opened.

The homepage FAQ says you can start with less personal data than a full file. The KYC policy says money play requires identification, a proof of address, your name, your address, and an email.

Those two pages do not match. The KYC policy says staff consideration can take up to 30 working days after the documents arrive. False passport data can close the account and cancel the balance.

Terms clause 9.10 gives the player 30 days to comply with a request, or at least to acknowledge it. Missing that window can mean a closed account and confiscation of the remaining balance.

The trigger threshold is not published. They may verify at any time.

The sportsbook rules add a third clock. No cash-out is processed until the account is fully verified. If they cannot reach you by email or phone within two weeks, the funds can be retained.

Complaints are acknowledged within one week and decided within four. The ADR provider is not named.

Clause 13.1 calls an account dormant after 12 months with no gameplay, no transaction, and no valid deposit or withdrawal. A fee of up to $10, or the crypto equivalent, can then come off.

They say they email at least 30 days before the first deduction. Fees already taken are not returned if you later wake the account. A wager, a deposit, or a valid withdrawal reactivates it.

One account is allowed per person, household, IP address, and device. A duplicate can be closed, and its winnings reclaimed. Throw-away email addresses are refused.

How lookalike lobbies are spotted matters because the casino URL failed. A copied footer could invent a second licence.
