Stake poker rules on 20 October 2026, read without a seat
Stake poker, in the card-room rules opened 20 October 2026, listed Hold'em and Omaha cash games at 7% rake with published caps, and a 60-minute rejoin rule. That same read showed Medium Rare N.V. under licence OGL/2024/1451/0918, status Active. The card-room page, the terms, and the certificate were not re-opened on 21 October 2026, so the rake, the rejoin rule, and that licence status are not confirmed today. A poker bonus code and a cash-out clock were not published. We did not open an account.

The policy page, not a 404 lobby path
Opened 20 October 2026. stake.com/poker returned 404. The rules that loaded are the card-room policy. On 21 October 2026 a direct request to that path, to the card-room rules, and to the terms returned 403, so the 404 is not restated as a status checked that day. The rake figures below stay the 20 October read.
On that read, the card-room rules said they bind you with the terms and the Stake Poker Security and Ecology Policy.
Order of precedence on that read: terms, then the card-room rules, then the ecology policy, then the game rules in each lobby.
On that read, the terms named Medium Rare N.V., head office Seru Loraweg 17, B, Curaçao, licence OGL/2024/1451/0918. The certificate named stake.com, Medium Rare N.V., company 145353, the same licence, granted 9 June 2025, status Active. Those pages were not re-opened on 21 October 2026.
This page is the card room only. The casino lobby is a different product. Read the separate write-up of this operator's casino lobby if that is the desk you meant.
Do not treat a casino promotion as a poker code.
Adults 18 or older, and the higher local age if there is one. On that read, the United States was on the prohibited-jurisdiction list in the terms. The hub for this cluster is Poker.
Is stake poker legit under the same licence
Is stake poker legit
The card room was not a separate company on the pages opened 20 October 2026. It sat on stake.com, and that domain was the one on the certificate marked Active that day. Those pages were not re-opened on 21 October 2026, so the licence status and the rake table are not confirmed today.
It is not a promise that a lobby fee matches a number we did not see. A tournament fee is applied, and the specifics are stated in the lobby.
A single tournament percent is not published on the card-room page. Sit-and-go games take an entry fee without one percent for every event.
Calculations of what you win or lose are at the operator's discretion, and disputes on those numbers are decided by them. A disconnected player is folded when facing action once the time bank is gone. That is a hard rule, not a courtesy.
The betting order on a Hold'em hand is the public sequence. Their clause 9 restates blinds, flop, turn, and river.
Solver-style ranges will not change the rake line. PVPspinArena is not Medium Rare.
What an Active seal does not prove is the cashier. The certificate named the domain on that 20 October read. It did not print a rakeback code.
No poker string on the card-room page
Stake poker bonus code
The card-room rules do not print a code to type. Stake poker bonus code is not published on that page. Promotions follow each offer's own conditions, and cash is wagered before bonus money.
Clause 1.7 says the room counts toward VIP progress and toward the wagering requirement. That is not a rakeback percent in the card-room file.
A rakeback help article we opened says poker rakeback is 3.5% of the rake after the VIP threshold on that page. That article is not the card-room page.
The 7% figure is from that 20 October card-room read, which was not re-opened on 21 October. The 3.5% return is not a code.
Do not paste a casino code into a poker cashier and assume the card-room rules honor it. If an offer appears inside an account, it was not on the public page we read.
What a wallet-funded lobby is is background for the shared login. The poker contract is still the card-room file.
The cashier rule that sits over the room
Stake poker withdrawal
The card-room page does not print a cash-out clock. The 20 October terms read numbered a 100% wager of a deposit before a fiat withdrawal as clause 8.5, and the same 100% before a crypto withdrawal as clause 8.10. Those two policy URLs returned 403 on 21 October 2026, so the clause numbers were not re-read there. Stake's help center, updated 24 August 2026, still says every deposit must be wagered 100% before a crypto withdrawal or a tip, and it quotes clause 8.5 for a fiat withdrawal.
The minimum is identified when you withdraw, so a number is not published in the clause. A fee may be charged at their discretion. The fee amount and the processing time are not published.
We did not open an account, and we did not time a cash-out. Withdrawals should go to an account you hold, by the method you used to deposit, unless they decide otherwise.
Extra KYC can be required. Closed-account funds go through support@stake.com.
The United States is a prohibited jurisdiction. A blocked country is a stop, not a routing puzzle. This review will not provide a workaround.
Why a crypto cash-out stalls is the ordinary failure list. Poker still has to clear the 100% wager line before that list even starts.
The 20 October rake table and its caps
These rows are the 20 October 2026 card-room read. That page returned 403 on 21 October 2026, so they are not confirmed today.
Hold'em cash games were listed at 7% with three caps. At 0.05/0.10 the caps were 0.75, 1.20, and 1.5 as the table grew from two players to five or more. At 0.50/1.00 the caps were 4, 6.4, and 8.
Omaha was also 7%, with its own caps. At 0.50/1.00 Omaha those caps were 3, 3.96, and 6.
The Next format was 7% with one six-player cap. At 0.05/0.10 that cap was 0.7.
All-in or fold used a fixed rake plus a jackpot fee. At 0.20/0.50 each of those was 0.035.
Points rummy was 15%. Deals rummy tournaments were 10%.
Dollar signs in the poker rules are described as an approximate USD hint. The terms say the site does not exchange currency and does not warrant that hint. Read the chip unit you are actually sitting.
On that read, if you left with more than your buy-in, you could not rejoin with a smaller stack for at least 60 minutes. That rejoin rule was not re-opened on 21 October 2026. Ring games were described as table stakes. The minimum you had to play was the big blind.
A standard tournament fee percent, outside rummy, is not published. It lives in the lobby.

How PvP compares: Poker on this site is a table between players, separate from Medium Rare. Fairness recomputes the games here that publish a seed.
Their rake table is not our fee. We did not paste a live hand.
Example A uses the 0.05/0.10 Hold'em row, five or more players, cap 1.5. A $10 pot at 7% is $0.70, under that cap.
If the percent applies to the whole pot, $9.30 remains. We did not play it.
Example B uses a $40 pot on that row. Seven percent is $2.80, above the 1.5 cap.
The cap is the smaller number if it is a ceiling. That is column arithmetic, not a receipt.
Example C is this site's Coinflip, a different game. Two $50 stakes make a $100 pot. The fee is $5, and the winner receives $95.
Seats, breaks, and who should stay out
Ring games expect you to be dealt in more often than you sit out. Buy-in size is declared before you join. Tournament seats are random.
Breaks, unless the lobby says otherwise, fall at the end of each hour for about five minutes. Missing the restart is on you.
Some events let you unregister until 30 seconds before the start. Multiple accounts in a tournament are prohibited. A cancelled event follows their refund policy.
Bounty events split a shared elimination. All-in tournaments deal you all-in every hand.
Responsible gambling. Call 1-800-GAMBLER if the session is no longer a game. Not for anyone under 18, anyone in a prohibited jurisdiction including the United States, anyone who needs a state poker licence, or anyone who will treat 7% as a fee we paid.
The room that leaves a licence number as a variable is a different operator. Do not paste its client text onto this card tab.
Checklist and the scorecard

- [ ] I opened the certificate and saw stake.com, status Active.
- [ ] I am not in a prohibited jurisdiction, including the United States.
- [ ] I know a standard tournament percent is in the lobby, not in one global number here.
- [ ] I know a public poker code is not on the card-room page.
- [ ] I know crypto and fiat withdrawals need a 100% wager of the deposit.
- [ ] I know the cash-out clock and the minimum are not published in the terms clause.
- [ ] I treat the 60-minute rejoin note as the 20 October read until I see it on the card-room page.
- [ ] I understand a disconnect can fold me once the time bank ends.
- [ ] I can afford to lose the buy-in. Bills stay in the bank.
- [ ] 1-800-GAMBLER is the stop if the rake stops mattering.

Pros: the 20 October rake table is numeric, including caps. The licence on the terms matched a certificate that names the domain on that read. The 60-minute rejoin rule is from that read. The 100% wager rule is restated by Stake's help center.
Cons: stake.com/poker returned 404 on 20 October 2026, and a direct request on 21 October 2026 was refused. A standard tournament fee percent is not published. The cash-out clock is not published.
The withdrawal minimum is not published in the clause. There is no public poker code.
The United States is prohibited. We did not sit, and we did not time a cash-out.
Read Stake poker caps on the card-room page before you buy in. If a later row is not 7%, believe the page in front of you and date it.
