PPPoker in 2026: private clubs, virtual chips, and rakeback

PPPoker is a private-club app whose terms say the chips are virtual items the company owns, not cash you can cash out. A platform rake percent and a platform rakeback rate are not published on the terms page. We did not join a club, buy chips, or time a payout, and there is no affiliate link.

No individual author is named. These pages are explainers from the site, not a specialist review and not legal, tax, or betting advice. The editorial policy says what the date and the sources mean. Send corrections to contact@pvpspinarena.com.

What the PPPoker terms say the app is

PPPoker terms open by calling the product a mobile poker service for poker lovers. They also say the services were designed for users and clubs to play social games that do not use real-world money.

That is a private-club frame, not a shared public lobby with a posted rake. A club id, an agent, and a chip price are not printed on the terms page we opened.

The order of streets in Hold'em is the game people expect inside a club. The poker topic is the hub. This page is one app's contract, not a strategy chart.

The homepage shell at pppoker.net returned a title line and a note that the page needs JavaScript. It did not print a rake table.

You do not own the account you create. The company owns the account and the virtual items, and it gives a limited licence to use them while the service is offered.

Virtual items, and why a cash-out is not in the contract

Virtual items mean virtual coins, cash, tokens, or points for use inside the services, plus in-game items. The word cash in that definition is still a virtual item.

You may not transfer those items outside the service by selling, gifting, or trading them. PPPoker says such a transfer will not be recognized, and the account can be terminated for the attempt.

If online gambling is unlawful where you are, using the app to gamble and then converting chips to real-world money can breach that law. PPPoker uses Australia's Interactive Gambling Act 2001 as the example.

They say the services are expressly not licensed to operate outside a closed economy of virtual items. They do not condone a secondary market between clubs or users that converts chips to money, and they say they are not responsible for that market.

Dollar example 1 is the missing fee. A $100 pot inside a club has no rake percent on the terms page, so the dollar cut is not published. Do not paste a percent from a club agent into this gap.

Dollar example 2 is a store charge, not a poker pot. If you buy virtual items on Apple or Google, PPPoker says it is not a party to that transaction. A $10 store purchase follows the store's payment terms, and a refund question goes to billing support, not to a poker cashier we tested.

We did not buy chips. A cashier minimum is not published.

Rake and rakeback are not a posted percent

A platform rake percent is not on the PPPoker terms page. A platform rakeback percent is not on it either.

Club owners and agents may quote numbers elsewhere. Those quotes are not this contract, and this page will not copy them.

That is the legit question in one sentence. PPPoker can be a real piece of software and still refuse to be your cash poker room. PPPoker chooses the second description.

Short-handed decisions still matter if you sit in a club, because the other players are the contest. The fee those players pay the club is a separate number PPPoker does not print.

Range work done away from the table is study, not a tool the terms authorize inside a hand. The terms ban attempts to manipulate the legitimate operation of a game.

If a club promises rakeback, ask the club for the percent, the cap, whether preflop pots pay, and when the rebate is paid. Write those answers down. They are not published here, so they stay not published.

A jackpot drop, if a club takes one, is also not in the terms we opened. Treat it as extra until the club shows the line.

Age floors, guardians, and a 180-day deletion

You may not use the services if you cannot make a binding contract. You may not use them if you are under 13, or under 16 in the EEA, except a narrow age-gate that the privacy policy describes for a version that avoids personal data or gets parental consent.

If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you are, you represent that a legal guardian has reviewed and agreed. That is a social-app age clause sitting on a poker client.

Minors should not be in a club that people treat as money. PPPoker also bans convicted sex offenders and people previously banned, unless the ban is reversed.

Accounts that are not logged into for 180 days may be deleted so PPPoker does not keep data it no longer needs. Chip balances are virtual items PPPoker owns, so a deleted account is not a bank balance the terms promise to mail you.

The company may stop a game at any time. Unless the law requires otherwise, it does not have to refund virtual items when a feature is discontinued.

Customer help for technical issues, play, or in-game purchases goes through customer support. Before a formal legal case, PPPoker tells you to write info@pppoker.net.

US legal notices go to support@pppoker.net, attention legal department. A reply time is not published. We did not send mail.

New York, Hong Kong, and the player-dispute release

If you are in the United States, PPPoker says the terms affect interstate commerce, the Federal Arbitration Act covers the arbitration section, and the relationship is governed by New York law. Court cases that escape arbitration are aimed at Manhattan, except small claims.

If you are anywhere else, the terms name Hong Kong law, and court cases are aimed at Ireland. Australia complaints are pointed at the company first, and the terms reserve a right to share information with ACMA.

You can opt out of arbitration and the class waiver by a written notice through customer support within 30 days of first use, or of the opt-out becoming available. Miss the window and the terms say you are bound.

Disputes with another player release the company and its affiliates from claims connected to that dispute. The terms say that release does not apply to users in the EEA.

A gambling licence number is not published on the terms page. What a licence line should name is the missing line. The contract's own sentence is that the service is not licensed as real-money gambling.

The crypto poker room is a different product with a posted company name. Do not treat a club agent as that room's cashier.

A cash room, a club app, and a player pot

A house-banked casino takes an edge on its own games. A cash poker room takes a rake from pots between players and pays the winner from the rest.

This app describes neither a house edge nor a rake percent.

Dollar example 3 is our pot. Two $50 Coinflip stakes make a $100 pot, the fee is $5, and the winner is paid $95. Four $50 Jackpot entries make a $200 pot, the fee is $10, and the winner is paid $190.

Poker on this site is a different table from a private club. Fairness checks our seed. The app's terms do not offer that seed check.

Roulette here is 33 slots, 16 Purple and 16 Silver paying 2x, and 1 Green paying 14x. Five percent comes off a winning payout, about a 7.88% Purple or Silver edge after the fee.

Slott takes 10% of a winning pot. Those numbers are in the terms.

How PvP compares: you see the fee before the hand, and you are not waiting on a club agent to buy the chips back.

Checklist, scorecard, and who should stay out

Read the terms before you send anyone money for chips. A club chat is not the contract we opened.

  • [ ] I understand the chips are virtual items the company owns.
  • [ ] I am not treating a club agent as a licensed cashier.
  • [ ] The rake percent I was quoted is written by the club, because the terms do not print one.
  • [ ] Rakeback is not published on the terms page.
  • [ ] I am 18 or older, and I am not relying on the 13 or 16 age-gate.
  • [ ] I know an account idle for 180 days may be deleted.
  • [ ] Store purchases on Apple or Google are the store's transaction.
  • [ ] I know the law clause that applies where I sit, New York or Hong Kong.
  • [ ] I will not sell chips for cash outside the app.
  • [ ] 1-800-GAMBLER is saved, and the responsible-gambling page is open.

Three cons are structural. The contract forbids the cash conversion many clubs advertise.

The rake and the rakeback are not published, so a traffic deal can change without a page to point at. Idle accounts can be deleted after 180 days, and the company need not refund virtual items when a game stops.

Who should stay out: minors, anyone who will send cash to an agent, anyone in a place that bars this use, anyone who needs a state-licensed poker room, and anyone chasing. If this stops being a read, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

Responsible gambling belongs open before the next chip purchase. US filers can also read IRS Topic 419: gambling winnings are taxable, and this is not tax advice.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The terms describe social gaming for users and clubs inside a closed economy of virtual items. They say the chips are not meant to be converted to real-world money, and they say the service is not licensed for that use. A club that buys and sells chips for cash is outside the sentence the company printed. We did not join a club.

A rake percent is not published on the terms page opened on 20 October 2026. The page does not print a cap, a preflop rule, or a table of stakes. Any percent a club quotes is that club's number, not a figure this review can confirm. Leave the cell as not published until the club shows it in writing.

A rakeback percent is not on the terms page. The contract does not promise a weekly rebate, a tier, or a formula. If an agent offers rakeback, that offer is a private deal, and this page will not copy an affiliate table into the gap. Ask when it is paid and from which number.

The terms do not describe a cash withdrawal from the app. They forbid selling virtual items for real money, and they say the company owns those items. Purchases made through Apple or Google are the store's transaction, not the company's. We did not withdraw, because the page does not offer a clock to time.

Under 13 is barred, or under 16 in the EEA, aside from a narrow age-gate the privacy policy describes. Under 18, the terms say a guardian has agreed. That is not a reason for a minor to play a club people treat as money. Adults should still check the age where they live.

No. We opened the public terms on 20 October 2026, did not create an account, did not buy chips, and did not message an agent. There is no affiliate link. The homepage shell did not show a lobby. If a club's cashier disagrees with this page, the disagreement is the point of the closed-economy clause.
