Kick gambling streamers: platform rules, affiliates and copy-bet risk

Kick is a live-video site. Gambling on Kick is allowed in a narrower way than a search for “kick gambling ban” suggests: the platform did not copy Twitch’s 2022 slots wipe, but it still publishes rules. • Starting the broadcast after a bonus buy already loaded.
• Resetting to a fresh overlay after a wipe so the night “starts” again.
• Chat goals that unlock a bonus buy — that is their marketing, not a signal the board is due.
• “Last 10 wins” panels that omit the last 200 losses.

None of those change P(k) on a plinko board or the 4% on a 96% slot. They change what you remember.

Giveaways and “play with me”

Kick forbids gambling that uses funds provided by other users as a buy-in to participate. A giveaway that is really “send me crypto and I roll” is a red flag, not a community pot. Do not send coins to a streamer wallet because the title says giveaway.

If the stream is a crash or slot race, you are still watching a house game. You are not in a hashed PvP pot with them.
