BetUS review for 2026: a $10 floor and two legal lines

A BetUS review starts with the terms, last updated 11 March 2025. The notice says the operator and the member should comply with the laws of the player's country and of the Island of Mwali-Comoros. You declare you are 18, or older if your country sets a higher gambling age.

Is BetUS legit

Section 1.4 says the terms are governed by Netherlands Antilles law and the courts there. Neither that line nor the Mwali notice includes a licence number. The number stays not published.

Section 7.5 says they may disclose data to statutory authorities, including authorities in Gibraltar. That is a privacy sentence. It is not a printed Gibraltar licence.

A BetUS review of eligibility starts with the banned list. Residents of Belgium, Costa Rica, Croatia, Curacao, France, Germany, India, Iran, the Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles, Panama, the Philippines, Romania, Slovenia, and the United Kingdom may not register. VPNs and other location masks can close the account and forfeit winnings.

The United States is not in that banned list. Absence from the list is not a US state licence. You still follow the law where you live, and this is not legal advice.

One account only. Linked accounts can be closed and the balances held. Bots forfeit deposits, bonuses, and winnings, and they can withhold funds if they suspect a syndicate.

Employees of the operator and of its suppliers may not play. A dormant account, more than six months with a balance under $1, can be closed and the balance kept as an admin charge.

You can ask to be blocked by calling 1-888-51-BetUS. A block through that opt-out lasts at least seven days.

The terms do not print one welcome percent. Section 10.7 limits packages to certain unnamed US states. Section 10.8 prints free-play rollover as a bracketed 10 to 25 times, which is not a single offer.

BetUS bonus

A help article dated 16 July 2026 walks through a 200% welcome up to $1,000. Sports is 100% up to $500, and casino is 100% up to $500. Code NEW200, first three deposits, $50 minimum, claim within 48 hours.

Sports rollover on that example is 10x the deposit plus the bonus, capped at $10,000 of roll. The lower of risk or win counts, baseball counts at 50%, and only the first $2,000 of a wager counts.

Props, futures, and quarters do not count, and opposing wagers may be cancelled. Casino playthrough is 25x the bonus, then another 25x, with a $1,000 cashout cap. One welcome per account, household, IP, or device.

Example, their sports math: deposit $100, sports bonus $100, combined $200, 10x means $2,000 of qualifying handle. Their own slip example says $220 to win $200 counts as $200. We did not place the bets.

Example, their baseball line: risk $130 to win $100 and only $50 counts. That half-credit is why a baseball parlay is a slow way to clear the roll. A multi-leg ticket is the general shape, not their contribution chart.

The BetUS review of payout speed stops at section 5. The minimum withdrawal is $10, and method fees vary. A dollar fee table is not in the terms, so that cell stays not published.

BetUS withdrawal time

A 72-hour hold follows a credit-card deposit, and deposits carry a 1x rollover. They may ask for a password, an email, both sides of the cards, and a government ID. Payouts go only to the verified holder.

The minimum deposit is also $10. A fee applies to the first three card deposits, and the percent is not printed. Crypto credits can move with the rate, and a wrong network is the player's loss.

We did not open an account or time a cash-out. Do not read the 72 hours as "paid in 72 hours." It is a hold before a request, and the method's own delivery time was not published.

IRS Topic 419 says gambling winnings are fully taxable for a casual US gambler. How gambling income is reported is the longer note. This is not tax advice.

A blank source stays "not published."

Two $50 Coinflip stakes make a $100 pot, the fee is $5, and the winner gets $95. Four $50 Jackpot entries make a $200 pot, the fee is $10, and the winner gets $190. See the terms.

Roulette has 33 slots: 16 Purple and 16 Silver pay 2x, and 1 Green pays 14x. A 5% fee comes off a winning payout, so Purple or Silver is about a 7.88% edge. P2P Slott keeps 10% of a winning pot.

How PvP compares: Coinflip is one other player, and Fairness recomputes the seed. The extra price inside a line is the sports version of an edge. A line here is not a public hash.

This BetUS review of the card window sits beside a mismatch. The help example and the terms do not say the same thing.

One prints NEW200, and the other prints brackets and certain states. If the cashier does not show NEW200, the example is a sample, not your offer.

The .lv book prints its own 50% cap and its own state list. The .ag rules page prints its own reload code. Neither number belongs in this cashier.

BetUS also says preauthorized card deposits and their proceeds last 24 hours unless there is a repurchase. Miss that window and the terms say the deposit and the proceeds are forfeited. That sentence is easy to skip, and it is about the card rail, not about crypto.

Referral bonuses, if you are offered one, need 5x before cashout, documents on file, a request within 48 hours, different addresses, and no payout to the referrer in the previous 180 days. That is a side offer, not the welcome.

Only if you are 18, or older if your country says so, and only if the bet is legal where you live. A BetUS review of one deposit is the whole test.

1. Open the terms and date the "last updated" line.
2. If your country is on the banned list, stop. A VPN is not a workaround.
3. If you need a state commission, this page does not show one.
4. Read the cashier code. If it is not NEW200, do not assume the July example.
5. Write 10x on deposit plus bonus before you accept a sports match, if that is the offer on screen.
6. Remember baseball counts half, and only $2,000 of one wager counts.
7. After a card deposit, write the 72-hour hold. After any deposit, write the 1x roll.
8. Call 1-888-51-BetUS if you want the opt-out, and expect at least seven days.

I would not fund this book if you need one legal home, a printed fee table, or a welcome percent that the terms and the help article share. The $10 floor is real. The disagreement between those two pages is also real.

Cons: the terms name two legal systems and no licence number. The welcome percent is not one number across the two pages. Fee dollars are not published, a VPN can forfeit winnings, and baseball counts half.

Not for minors, anyone who needs a single regulator with a file number, anyone who will mask a location, or anyone sending rent. If the help example expires, the terms' brackets are what remain.
