Fliff is a social sportsbook with a $50 promotional-cash floor

Fliff is a social sportsbook from Fliff Inc., not a state-licensed book and not this site. Fun coins cannot be redeemed. Promotional cash can be requested as a prize after play-through, with a 50-unit floor the rules price at $50. The promo page prints a code. Sweeps rules exclude 20 states. No account was opened.

No individual author is named. These pages are explainers from the site, not a specialist review and not legal, tax, or betting advice. The editorial policy says what the date and the sources mean. Send corrections to contact@pvpspinarena.com.

What Fliff calls itself

The brand page says this is a social sportsbook, a play-for-fun sportsbook, or a free-to-play sportsbook. It says the company is not a real-money gambling sportsbook. It also says not to call the product a sweepstakes sportsbook, while still describing a chance to win cash prizes.

The sweeps rules are still a sweepstakes. Fliff Inc. at 840 First Avenue, Suite 400, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, is the sponsor.

No purchase is necessary. Promotional cash cannot be bought. It can arrive as a bonus beside a fun-coin purchase, or by a free method.

That is the two-chip pattern of a two-coin sweepstakes lobby. A points-only social lobby has no prize desk. Here the prize desk is the redeem button, and the brand page wants that word instead of "withdraw." The hub is the sweepstakes topic.

Do not call this a state-licensed sportsbook. The pages opened do not say that. Where a state-licensed book is allowed is a different statute.

Fun coins versus promotional cash

Fliff fun coins are for social play, leaderboards, and badges. They cannot be redeemed. A help article says they can be claimed on a timer or bought in the cashier.

Fliff promotional cash is the sweepstakes entry. It has no cash value until a prize is approved. Won promotional cash can be played again or requested as a prize after play-through and KYC.

KYC can include a photo ID, a face scan, proof of address, and a Social Security number.

A zero promotional-cash balance, with no pending redemption, can add 1.00 unit when you claim a free fun-coin award. Later claims while the balance is under 1.00 can add 0.10. Mail-in requests are 5 units each, with a cap of 50 requests in a sweepstakes period.

Inactive accounts forfeit the promotional balance. The rules say it is valid for 30 days from the last login, then it expires. A closed account forfeits it too.

The code printed on the promo page

The Fliff promo page opened on 20 October 2026 tells a new user to copy FLIFFBONUS into the promo-code box. It says a fun-coin purchase between $1.00 and $250.00 also brings up to 250.00 free promotional cash. It repeats that no purchase is necessary.

That page is the operator's page, not a coupon roundup. It is still a marketing page. The sweeps rules control eligibility, play-through, and the $50 floor.

A code cannot buy promotional cash. The brand page says fun coins are purchased and promotional cash is given free, not sold as a bundle.

Two brand-guide illustrations

The brand page gives examples, not a cashier receipt. It says a "$20 welcome bonus" in their marketing shorthand can mean 230,000 fun coins and 20 promotional-cash units. It says a 100% match on a $19.99 coin pack can mean 460,000 fun coins and 40 promotional-cash units.

Those lines are illustrations inside a branding guide. They are not a test of the live cashier. If the app shows a different pack, believe the app.

We did not buy a pack.

The sweeps app review has no public code on the pages we opened. Do not paste FLIFFBONUS into another product.

Play-through pods and the $50 floor

Promotional cash from a grant must be played at least once before it counts toward a prize. The lesser of the risk and the payout-minus-risk becomes eligible. The sponsor may require more plays.

The app is supposed to show the number under Prize Play-Through.

A Fliff help article updated 23 October 2024 says each grant carries a multiplier from 1x to 20x. Its example: 10 units at 10x means a goal of 100. A risk of 10 against a potential return of 20 counts 10 toward that 100.

A later risk of 20 counts another 20. If the available balance hits zero, the pod clears.

Three dollar lines

Example one is the floor in the sweeps rules. Fifty eligible units are a $50 prize request. Less than that is not paid.

Example two is the period cap. The maximum redemption in a sweepstakes period is $5,000. Anything above waits for the next period.

They also reserve a limit of $1,000 a week and $5,000 a month.

Example three is the promo band. The printed purchase window is $1 to $250 of fun coins, with up to 250 free promotional-cash units. That 250 is not cash in the bank.

It still needs play-through.

A handling fee is reserved. The amount is not published. Taxes are yours.

Twenty excluded states, and an eight-state line

Fliff sweeps rules section 1.1 excludes Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington, and West Virginia. You must be 18, or the age of majority if that is higher, and located in a permitted state.

The brand page says the product operates in the US with the exception of eight states, and it points readers to the sweeps rules for the real list. Eight is not twenty. The same brand page talks about speaking to customers in California, Texas, and Florida.

California is on the sweeps exclusion list. Texas and Florida are not, in the clause we read.

Believe the sweeps list for a prize. A marketing sentence that names California does not put California back on the list. Employees and people who left within three years, plus households, are ineligible.

"Professional or non-recreational" play can be limited, in their judgment.

A separate streaks rules page uses different cap language, including a New York and Florida figure. Do not mix that page into the main sweeps exclusion list. This is not legal advice.

How a prize request is described

A Fliff help article dated 2 September 2024 says to open Profile, then the menu, then Redeem. Standard processing is 3 to 5 business days, after a manual review. Banks do not process on weekends and holidays, in that article.

We did not submit a request.

The sweeps rules add that a screenshot is not the prize. Details must match the account. They may refund a fun-coin purchase instead of paying the prize method you picked.

Equal and opposite picks, multiple accounts, and self-referrals can forfeit the balance.

Odds are on the platform and can change. There is no provably fair seed and no RTP sheet on the pages opened. A pick is not a promise.

Support is the in-app customer service line. A public email address and a reply-time promise were not on the rules page we opened. Score the reply time as not published.

A posted price, this app, and a player slot

A promotional pick plays against a price the operator posts. A player slot plays other people. Fliff is not this site, and this site does not book sports.

Two $50 Coinflip stakes make a $100 pot. The fee is 5%, so $5, and the winner receives $95. Four $50 Jackpot entries make a $200 pot, the fee is $10, and the winner receives $190.

Roulette colour carries a house edge of about 7.88% after the fee. P2P Slott and the fairness page are that pot. They do not redeem promotional cash.

Checklist, scorecard, and who should stay out

Fliff checklist: ten boxes. An empty box means the cashier is still a guess.

  • [ ] I am 18 or older and outside the 20-state sweeps list, not the "eight states" slogan.
  • [ ] I know fun coins cannot be redeemed.
  • [ ] I know promotional cash must be played at least once, often 1x to 20x.
  • [ ] I can see 50 eligible units before I expect a $50 request to move.
  • [ ] I know a period cap of $5,000 can defer the rest.
  • [ ] I know the balance can expire 30 days after the last login.
  • [ ] If I use FLIFFBONUS, I still read the sweeps rules.
  • [ ] I am not treating a brand-guide "$20" example as the live pack.
  • [ ] Rent money stays out of any fun-coin purchase.
  • [ ] 1-800-GAMBLER is saved if the session stops being entertainment.

Three cons should slow you down. The brand page's eight-state line does not match the twenty-state sweeps list. Play-through can run to 20x, and a zero balance wipes the pod.

Promotional cash expires after 30 days away, and a fee amount is not printed.

Who should stay out: anyone under 18, anyone in an excluded state, anyone who will spend fun coins as if they were cash, and anyone chasing a miss with a larger pack. If it stops feeling optional, use responsible gambling and call 1-800-GAMBLER.

The bingo lobby's clocks are a different operator. Do not mix a 48-hour bingo review into this redeem article.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

No. The brand page says social sportsbook and says it is not a real-money gambling sportsbook. The sweeps rules are a promotional-cash sweepstakes from Fliff Inc. No state sportsbook licence number was on those pages. We did not place a pick or redeem a prize.

Fliff rules set the minimum at 50 eligible promotional-cash units, which they say is a $50 request. Less than that is not paid. Play-through has to be finished first. A help article describes 3 to 5 business days after review. We did not time a payout.

The Fliff promo page prints FLIFFBONUS for a new account, tied to a fun-coin purchase from $1 to $250 and up to 250 free promotional-cash units. No purchase is necessary to play. The code does not waive the $50 floor or the state list. We did not enter it.

Fliff sweeps rules exclude 20 states, including California, New York, and Washington. The brand page's eight-state sentence does not match that list. Age is 18, or older where the age of majority is higher. This is not legal advice. Check the sweeps clause where you stand.

Fliff fun coins do not cash out. They are the social chip. Promotional cash is the entry that can become a prize after play-through. It expires 30 days after the last login if the account stays inactive. A purchase of fun coins is not a cash deposit you can withdraw.

Fliff posts a price and can change it. A player slot on this site takes 10% of a winning pot and shows a fairness record. Coinflip here is 5% of the pot, with a $1 minimum and a $20 cash-out minimum. Neither product promises a win.
